Losing weight is very closely connected and depending on your workout routine and diet. Man’s body is constructed to be bigger and powerful than women’s body. Left without proper diet and workout routine you are risking to gain fat and weight. You can try different diets workout hard at the gym, but you will get the best results ones you combine theme.
We can workout and exercise really hard, and I am seeing that every day in the gym, but men and diet…..Well that’s a different story.
We like to eat a lot of a meat, and it’s hard to find a good diet that has what men really like. I have one of the best workout routine and diet, that every men will like and loose weight with it in the same time. The diet is simple and really easy to follow. Start with the breakfast. That’s the most important meal of the day. Start it with fruit and everything else you like. The rest of the day eat everything you like, but don’t miss your breakfast and lunch. You can still have your after lunch snack, but the most important part comes 5 to 6 hours before you will go to bed. Try to not eat anything after 6pm. or with other words 5 to 6 hours prior going to bed. Take the dinner out of your day. The first week or two that may seem a little too hard, that’s why you can have a fruit or a salad, but you should try to get rid of the food before bed eventually.
Your workout routine should look like that:
Day three– Rest.
Day four– Warm up and run for 10-20min. Stretch.
Day six– Warm up and workout your legs.
Day seven– Warm up plus run for 15-30min. Do ab exercises and lower back
Start over again.
