Are you tired before and during workout? Do you have hard time motivating yourself to workout? Do you want to get your workout to another level? Have you been able to have an explosive workout in recent weeks? If your answer is NO to any of these questions, than you definitely need an explosive workout. Reed the next lines to find out how I have 3 Explosive workouts every week.
I happened to have that same problem from time to time. Feeling tired, lack of motivation and enthusiasm, slow to no progress workouts. It’s hard to reach your fitness goal and sometimes even see any change, when it feels hard to workout. I’ve been working out for the past 5 years, and I’ve hit the brick wall a few times. If you are there right now, you really need to change something, but don’t give up.
First thing we all face in front of that “brick wall”, when the workout turns to be unpleasant, is that tiredness and lack of enthusiasm. We can blame our hard job or lack of sleep time, but the truth may be hidden somewhere else.
Sleep of course is something we can’t underestimate. An adult needs an average of 7-9 hours of sleep. Lack of sleep could compromise mood, performance and alertness, which can lead to negative health effects and lack of enthusiasm for workout. Getting enough sleep will definitely help you have an explosive workout, but shouldn’t be taken as primary source. A good source of what you can do about your sleep can be found at http://www.sleepfoundation.org.
The food is what fuels our body with energy. Eating right is your key to explosive workouts. I have 3 explosive workouts a week thanks to my little secret. You don’t need to be certified nutritionist or a diet expert to eat right. When I want to achieve an explosive workout, I eat a whole pineapple an hour and a half before workout.
The pineapple is high in manganese. An important mineral for the body’s muscle tone, nerve and bone health. Pineapple is a great source of vitamin C and dietary fiber. Reach on carbohydrates and very tasty. The pineapple is the best pre-workout treat.
30 minutes before workout I like to fill up with protein. A shake of whey protein and pineapple are guaranteed to give you an explosive workout.
There are some pre-workout supplements that can give you an explosive workout. C4 Extreme, N.O. Explode, Jack3D just to name a few. Although those products are great, and they do the job they are supposed to, my experience with them has always been shaky. Negative effects with some of this products could be – stomach upsets, making you extremely itchy, high in caffeine ( make sure your body tolerance it ).
Explosive workouts are possible and very much linked to your lifestyle and diet. I get great, explosive workouts, when I eat whole pineapple 1.30 hour before workout and whey protein 30 minutes before workout.
I will be more than happy to know how is that working for you. Place a comment to share your experience, give advice, or ask a question.
Thank you for reading and good luck.
