First, before we start with the real work, you need to create an ab workout routine. You you probably know, that sometimes too much of a something, or a little bit of the same is always wrong. Your abs will need rest in their process of growing and not enough workout of course will mean no progress. For man or woman the abs workout routine is (no matter what day of the week you start)
First day – Abs workout
Second day – Rest
Third and fourth day – abs workout and then two days recovery period.
Start over again, and Don’t forget to add a cardio and legs training too. Make sure, that your workout routine is part of an overall workout routine.
