I want to say a few words about me.
Who am I?
Well, I am a 27 years old with a high school diploma of Biology ( which arms me with some knowledge about my body), and a personal fitness trainer certification with World Instructor Training School (W.I.T.S.). My hobby have always been and will always be Fitness. I made my first steps into living more healthier and active life when I were 15 years old. I remember stepping up one day in the gym with my friend and immediately felling in love with the atmosphere, the feel and boost of energy after workout. Different fitness goals through the years were transforming my body. I know how to gain weight, how to lose it, build muscle mass and lean it. I am confident that I can help you reach your next fitness goal.
Why did I build this blog?
I built this blog in the winter of 2012. My main reason behind this project wasn’t the possible money that I could make in one point from such of a project but the need of sharing everything I know and learning everything I can about fitness. I make researches on every topic I write about and that’s the most rewarding thing ever. The information I learn every day about fitness, workout strategy, supplements and equipment by just doing what I like is priceless.
